Data Retention Policy

This Data Retention Policy outlines how long Zubmit stores user data and the processes for data deletion.

1. Form Submissions

Form submissions are retained for as long as your account is active, unless you manually delete them. Upon account deletion, all submissions are permanently deleted within 30 days.

2. Account Data

User account data (such as email, name, and configuration) is kept until the account is explicitly deleted by the user.

3. System Logs

System logs, including IP addresses and user agents of form submitters, are retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes before being automatically purged.

4. Backups

Database backups are retained for 30 days. This means that after data is deleted from our active databases, it may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days.
